This luxury, self catering Villa in Durban – Salt Rock inspired by Balinese
architecture is surrounded by lush flora creating a beautiful personal jungle around
an invitingly private blue pool. Spend a leisurely day in the pool or soaking up the sun on the double sun loungers.

Stylish cladded pillars serve their purpose, allowing the outdoor area to take partial
shelter under the roof without closing it off or separating the spaces. The Villa boasts
an open plan living area leading directly into the pool so that the holiday never has to end.

Enjoy lounging on the covered balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean where you
could experience a glimpse of dolphins splashing about – it’s the perfect place to
spend the warm summer evenings with friends or family enjoying sundowners and watching the sun set over the Indian ocean.

Accommodation:

A fully equipped modern kitchen ties into the tropical theme making use of wood finishing’s and flows into the spacious beautifully decorated dining room. All rooms are air conditioned to cool you during the long summer days and nights. The Ballito Beach House Villa is the ultimate destination, with an upstairs en suite bedroom that flows out onto the covered balcony through glass fold away doors. The downstairs master en suite bedroom flows out onto the glorious manicured viewing deck, the 3rd bedroom with off suite bathroom flows out through glass fold away doors onto the viewing deck. The 4th bedroom with off suite bathroom is also situated downstairs. A separate cottage houses the 5th bedroom en suite with its own kitchen, lounge and outdoor space. Sun beds, umbrellas and a fire pit are set out on the viewing & amenity deck for BBQ’s and enjoying spectacular sunsets or soaking up the sun during the day. The Villa is self catering; certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.

Minimum age for booking is 27. Persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30

No reductions or refunds will be made as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise

Beach Luxury Homes and its employees shall not be liable for, and the guests and visitors hereby waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, loss or damage of whatever nature, against Beach Luxury Homes or whether arising from Beach Luxury Homes default, negligence or otherwise.

Payment Terms

Full payment - if check in is less than 14 days.
50% deposit - if check in is more than 14 days.
Balance payment - due no less than 14 days prior to check in. Breakage deposit (equal to 1 night’s stay) - due with balance payment.
Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest - a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation - within 24 hours of booking
Forfeit 50% of deposit - less than 30 days prior to check in
Forfeit 100% of deposit - less than 21 days prior to check in
Forfeit full payment - less than 14 days prior to check in
COVID-19 related cancellation : "bank your stay" for suited future dates within a 2 year period & subject to availability - seasonal rates will apply. No refund.
